Taking place on 22nd October 2022 in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, the Multiplier Event welcomed participants from all over the country with different areas of expertise: from therapists, early intervention workers, psychologists, and physiotherapists to special education teachers, parents, managers, and educators. 

In the framework of the implementation of the Burnout FREE ECI Project “Burnout of Professionals and Parents with Children with Disabilities: Prevention, common challenges & mutually empowering methodologies & practices in Early Child Intervention Services” (No: 2021-1-EL01-KA220-ADU-000035230) under the Erasmus+ Programme, KA220-ADU-Cooperation partnerships in adult education, coordinated by AMIMONI & managed by the State Scholarships Foundation (IKY), all partners associated with the project had the opportunity to meet in Zagreb, Croatia, for our 2^nd transnational meeting and for our first Workshop on ‘Burnout Free ECI Training Material & Content for Professionals and Parents’ on the 14th & 15th July 2022. 

The Erasmus+ Burnout Free ECI project is now in the first phase of the project, Project result 1 - Report on Burnout: Literature Review and Survey on Needs Assessment (Pr1). Our main aim for Pr1 is to complete a comprehensive literature review and to share a survey with parents and professionals.
